Outing for the elderly on the occasion of Mother’s Day
On the occasion of the feast of all mothers celebrated around the world on the second Sunday of May, the Xagħra Local Council continued its programme of activities and cultural outings organised for the elderly who attend regularly at the Xagħra Day Care Centre. Xagħra Day 2013
On Saturday the 27th of April 2013, the Xagħra Local Council organised the main activity of Xagħra Day.
Between 10am and 5pm various football tournaments were organised by the Xagħra United Football Club at the ground situated in 8th September Avenue (annexed to the playing field).
