Local Council meeting

A Council meeting will be held on Wednesday 25^th July 2012 at 5.30pm at the Local Council’s administrative offices in 8^th September Avenue. The agenda is as follows:

 1.    Opening prayer;

 2.    Reading and approval of Council minutes of last meeting;

 3.    Mayor’s communications including the outing for children to Malta, the cultural activity ‘Xagħra Rocks’ in August and other matters;

4.    Reading of correspondence;

 5.    Complaints by the residents;

 6.    Approval of payments and

7.    Date for another council meeting.

As in every council meeting, the public is invited to attend.
